Mauish Rocker
- ½ part Senior Genuine Orange Curaçao
- 1½ parts Rum
- 1½ parts Pineapple juice
- 1 part Sweet & Sour mix
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Orange wedges
The Mauish Rocker is a spinoff of Sammy’s Maui Rocker. Like the name hints, this cocktail was a creation of Sammy Hagar—owner of Sammy’s Beach Bar in Maui. Not only did he own a beach bar, he also created his own rum: the Beach Bar Rum. An original Sammy’s Maui Rocker is also made with the Beach Bar Rum.
